
Do you want to join Legion, but feel that you need to improve your fitness before taking part in our regular group classes? Has it been years since you've done push-ups or pull-ups (if you ever could!)?Then the Legion Beginner Classes are for you. With Legion Beginner Classes, you can work on your fitness in a comfortable environment to lose fat and gain strength without the expectations of the full Legion workouts. After you feel comfortable with the exercises and the training, and feel you are ready, you will join the regular Legion classes.
Our beginner classes mimic our elite fitness classes with modifications to the exercises. For instance, you can expect to have the assistance of your classmates while doing pull-ups, chin-ups, and other strength building exercises. We offer a variety of kettlebell weights so that you can participate in our routines with a resistence that compliments your fitness level. Also, you can expect mixed classes of both men and women doing the same exercises together as they work on their fitness goals. Finally, you can expect support in our Beginner Classes because we want to help you get fit today.
